Crunchy Toss Salad

1 cup pecans
1 pkg Ramen noodles (w/out season packet)
1 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch broccoli pieces
4 green onions, chopped with tops

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tblsp soy sauce

Warm the dressing just enough to melt the sugar and let cool. Toss
the salad with dressing. To prevent soggy noodles, add them just before
serving.
