1 lb. Ham
¼ c. water
3 tbs. Mustard
½ c. sour cream
1 medium green onion (sliced) 2 tbs.
Combine water and mustard in 10 inch skillet. Add ham heat to boiling. Simmer. Remove Ham. Add sour cream heat 1 minute. Do no boil. Pour over ham. Add onions.
