Green Beans, Oriental

1 tbs. Vegatable oil
1 tbs. Chopped fresh chives
1 tbs. Soy sauce
½ tsp. Sugar
1 lb. Green beans snapped and steamed
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds.

Heat Oil in wok or large skillet. Add chives and garlic. Saute‘ until garlic is soft. Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Add beans and cook 1 minute tossing lightly to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
